  • Crystal Cook Ferris, PT, DPT, MTC

    Crystal Cook Ferris, PT, DPT, MTC, owner, joined the practice in 2007. Crystal graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2003 from the University of Southern Mississippi. From there she went on to graduate from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006.  She became a partner in Rehab Dynamics in 2009 and then bought the practice in 2013.

    Her advanced manual therapy training of the spine and extremities has gained her credibility with patients and physicians alike. Crystal takes great pride in getting people back to work and play.

    Some of Crystal’s time spent away from the clinic includes playing tennis, spending time with family, baking and shopping.

  • Devon Nolan Lockfield, PT, DPT, MTC

    Devon graduated from Louisiana State University in 2009, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a concentration in human movement science. She then received her Doctorate  in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, Florida in 2011.

    Devon joined Rehab Dynamics in 2011 and has been working to make a difference since. Eager to implement new treatments, her Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) and use of dry needling treatments allow her to incorporate various techniques into her patients’ programs. As a native of St. Tammany Parish, she hopes to make a large contribution to the physical therapy profession.

    Outside of the clinic Devon enjoys spending time with family, doing yoga, running, cooking and being outdoors.

  • Kelly C. Villars, PT, DPT, CLT

    Kelly graduated from Southern Adventist University (Tennessee) in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. Over the next 10 years, she worked in a variety of healthcare settings. Kelly spent four years as a nurse working in intensive care.

    Kelly Villars, has pursued advanced studies in myofascial release, functional manual therapy and McKenzie’s mechanical approach to assessment and treatment of the back. As a certified Lymphedema Specialist, Kelly fills a specific need for lymphedema treatment and screenings on both the Northshore and Southshore.

    Hobbies outside the clinic include gardening, walking, biking and reading.

  • Kay Lahasky, PT, DPT

    Kay Lahasky graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University in 2011 and went on to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSU Health New Orleans in 2014. She has continued her education in the assessment and treatment of vestibular disorders as well and TMJ disorder. Kay is an LSVT BIG certified clinician for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and enjoys seeing the drastic results in this particular group of patients. She is also certified to administer pre-employment physicals for Industrial Safety and Rehabilitation. Kay has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2011 and a member of the Orthopedic Section since 2015.

    Kay’s goal is to provide the best care for her patients so they can get back to living life pain-free. She lives in Mandeville with her husband, Jeffrey, and their baby boy, Isaac.

    Dennis Romig has more than 14 years experience and holds his Masters in Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University. Dennis received his BS in Kinesiology from LSU. He specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine, with experience working with professional, college and amateur athletes. Dennis is certified in dry needling, ASTYM Certified and is a certified medical professional from the Titleist Performance Institute. He is also a SFMA Clinician.
