Physical therapy encompasses these values and has been integral in my personal journey towards health and fitness. The body has an amazing ability to heal itself. Even small changes in lifestyle can affect a large improvement in an individual’s life. I am delighted to be a part of this healing process and participate in my clients’ individual journeys toward a healthier life!”
