Wellness exercise programs, whether designed as part of physical therapy discharge plans or initial wellness programs, include a detailed history and exercises to shape up, maintain, or improve your fitness.

Classes offered Monday through Friday 11 am- noon and 4-5 pm.

  • Tuesday am/pm – Core Strengthening
  • Wednesday am/pm – Chair Class
  • Thursday am/pm – Metabolic Classes including Zumba, High Intensity Workouts, etc.
