Sitting Disease and how to combat it
The majority of the population spends too many hours a day sitting, usually at a desk in front of a computer and this is causing a myriad of health problems. Anything from joint and muscle aches due to poor posture, eye strain, headaches, poor circulation and poor cardiovascular health. Concluding that humans were not meant to sit as much as we do!
