At RD Wellness, we believe movement should feel good. Our Stretch & Flexibility Sessions are designed to help you move better, feel looser, and recover faster—whether you’re an athlete, busy professional, or simply feeling stiff and tight.
These 30-minute, one-on-one sessions are led by Jennifer Balfantz, PTA, our certified stretching and flexibility coach, and are performed in a calm, supportive clinical wellness setting.

Each session is a guided, hands-on stretching experience tailored to your body’s specific needs. Jennifer uses proven stretching techniques to safely improve mobility, flexibility, and muscle function while helping reduce tension and discomfort.
Sessions are:

    Jennifer brings years of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation experience to every session. As a Physical Therapist Assistant with advanced manual therapy training, she understands how the body moves—and how to stretch it safely and effectively.
    Her clinical expertise ensures your stretches are not only effective, but also appropriate for your body, injuries, or movement limitations.
