So, I will admit! I really DON’T like needles! It took me over 7 years for my team to convince me to let them dry needle me! For years, I’ve had tons of neck and shoulder pain that has come and gone. For me, it flares up when I have trouble sleeping as well as when I really push myself hard in the gym for several days.
So, I finally signed myself for what else, other than PT!
