High tides and good vibes!
Happy first week of June! I’m hoping most of you are resuming some new form of normal! I know we are super excited that our kids get to start camp this month! They need friend time just as much as we do, so I’m super happy for them and us :)

So, I know we always talk about how important it is that we maintain good posture. In keeping with the awesome people at Muscle in Motion (if you don’t follow them on social media, please do- they are amazing!), I’m adding a video from them on some great ways to help improve your posture.
If you notice it’s not getting better, remember that we treat neck and back pain all the time which is caused from poor posture!
