How many times a day do you squat?
I’m sending you this video from Muscle and Motion because I think it’s a great explanation of how to squat correctly. I know most of us don’t squat with heavy weight for exercise, but throughout our day, I bet we squat more than we think! Just think….you squat getting in/out of your car, picking up items off the floor, reaching into the dryer, getting on and off the toilet, getting in/out of your chair, and so many more times throughout your day.

Hi all! I hope you are staying afloat during these uncertain times! We are doing all we can to stay open to serve you! Our Covington clinic will be open from 7-1 starting today M-Friday. Some good news though….we are now offering home visits and telehealth. Currently all insurances are covering home visits, but of course, we just ask that you are fully well before we come to your home. As far as telehealth, it’s like a medical facetime.
