Poor posture? Check out this cool video!
So, I know we always talk about how important it is that we maintain good posture. In keeping with the awesome people at Muscle in Motion (if you don’t follow them on social media, please do- they are amazing!), I’m adding a video from them on some great ways to help improve your posture.
If you notice it’s not getting better, remember that we treat neck and back pain all the time which is caused from poor posture!

I’m sending you this video from Muscle and Motion because I think it’s a great explanation of how to squat correctly. I know most of us don’t squat with heavy weight for exercise, but throughout our day, I bet we squat more than we think! Just think….you squat getting in/out of your car, picking up items off the floor, reaching into the dryer, getting on and off the toilet, getting in/out of your chair, and so many more times throughout your day.
